Un hôpital militaire ouvre en 1903 sur l'avenue du 10e de ligne à Arlon et devient en 1931 la caserne Callemeyn. Baptisée caserne CALLEMEYN en hommage au sous-lieutenant CALLEMEYN, ce sont aujourd'hui de superbes appartements hauts standings et autres occupations qui y ont pris place.
